Espire RF Module for Lithium Battery Powered Alarms (ES1RF2)

The Espire ES1RF2 is a plug-in radio frequency module designed to enable wireless interconnectivity across compatible Espire battery-powered safety alarms. Once fitted into the dedicated expansion slot of a battery unit, the module allows up to 28 devices to be interlinked on a single wireless network without requiring interconnect wiring.

Operating on an 868MHz frequency band, the ES1RF2 provides reliable signal transmission across distances of up to 100 metres in open air (30 metres within typical residential structures). The module draws power directly from the host alarm's internal power source, eliminating the need for separate battery replacements. Supported network functions include system-wide test, hush, and locate operations, allowing rapid identification of initiating alarms during testing or activation events.
