Delivery Methods

 

  • Next Working Day (If ordered before 2PM) - Delivered between 8AM and 8PM Monday - Friday.
  • Next Working Day - Delivered by 12PM (If ordered before 2PM) - Delivered between 8AM and 12PM Monday - Friday.
  • Next Working Day - Delivered by 10.30AM (If ordered before 2PM) - Delivered between 8AM and 10.30AM Monday - Friday.
  • Saturday Delivery (If ordered before 2PM Friday) - Delivered between 8AM and 8PM Saturday.

Free Delivery on orders over £150 + VAT

 

Safe Fire Direct offers free Standard Delivery (2 – 4 Days) on all orders over £150 + VAT, delivered to the following delivery zones:

Zones:

Zone A - England & Wales
Zone B - Scotland (Excluding Highlands)

Unfortunately, this offer can not be extended to any other delivery zone due to increased courier costs.

 

Pallet Deliveries

 

Some heavy items and larger orders such as multiple fire extinguishers may be delivered on a pallet for added security during transit.

Please Note: If you are unable to accommodate a pallet delivery, you must inform us as soon as possible either before or shortly after placing your order (prior to despatch) so that we can arrange an alternative delivery method (if possible). We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery of pallet goods if we have not been informed with reasonable notice.

 

Dispatch/Working Days

 

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday excluding English Bank Holidays. Meaning if an order is placed after Friday on 1pm for next-day delivery, it will be dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday).

Backorders and Preorders


We offer some items as available on backorder or preorder. These are products which are not currently in stock but have a scheduled re-stocking date. You can place an order for these items before the stock is available, but they will not be dispatched until the stock has arrived at our warehouse. We do not part-ship orders as standard, so if your order contains any backorder or preorder items then your order will be held until all items are available for dispatch.

Please Note: As we do not store customer card details on our system we can only charge your card at the time of the purchase and not upon dispatch. By placing an order for an item which is advertised as on backorder or preorder you are accepting these terms.
