Emergency amenity lights are a type of emergency light fitting typically installed in communal areas both internally and externally. They are commonly used for commercial, residential and hospitality settings. They are designed to offer more decorative styles than standard bulkhead type fittings. A variety of types are available including circular, square, eye-lid types and in different decorative finishes.

Illuminated emergency exit signs are a combination of directional escape signage with LED illumination which are designed to remain on for a minimum of 3 hours during a mains power failure to ensure that building occupants can evacuate and locate the nearest exit safely. Self test emergency lights are programmed to carry out scheduled automatic checks on the battery and lamps in each fitting and provide a visual indication via coloured LED lights if there are any faults with the unit. They are designed to assist with the requirements for monthly and annual checking of emergency light fittings to BS5266 and ease the task of manual checks by on-site personnel. Most of our self-test emergency light fittings can still be manually tested where necessary to meet servicing requirements.
