Addressable Fire Detectors
-
The XP95 range of analogue addressable fire detectors uses tried and trusted technology to give the best performance, and has unique features that benefit the installer and the end user. It is suitable for medium-to-large applications with simple installation requirements. As it operates using digital communication, XP95 has a high immunity from corruption, and is, therefore, often preferred in a large system where life safety is critical. XP95 products are frequently used in commercial, industrial, financial, government, IT/telecoms and healthcare applications. -
Discovery® is a range of high-specification, analogue addressable fire detectors and alarm devices. Discovery detectors offer effective false alarm management by a combination of EN 54 approved operating modes and sophisticated algorithms.
Drift compensation further reduces the likelihood of
false alarms caused by a build-up of dust in the sensing chamber.
In addition to the familiar smoke and heat detectors, the Discovery range features two multisensor detectors. One is an optical/heat multisensor which can be used to protect against many types of fire risk. The other is a carbon monoxide/heat multisensor which protects against both smouldering fires and those generating heat. -
The new collection of SOTERIA® addressable fire detectors are the next generation in fire recognition technology. Powered by CoreProtocol® – Apollo’s fire loop communication protocol – SOTERIA® enhances detection, reduces false alarms and improves reliability. SOTERIA® detectors are user-programmable and can be set to a sensitivity mode best suited for the application. This provides total reassurance in installations where adaptability to changing conditions is paramount. By applying the latest developments in electronics, Apollo’s SOTERIA® detector range meets the demand for ever-more sophisticated alarm systems. These detectors have been designed for use in commercial, industrial, financial, government, IT/telecoms and healthcare sectors, where there is a demand for integration with Building Management Systems (BMS) and more sophisticated functionality. -
SOTERIA® Dimension is a range of sleek, flat optical fire detectors for flush mounting, using chamberless fire detection technology. The new range consists of an Optical Detector designed for commercial environments with high aesthetic requirements and a Specialist Optical Detector, designed for custodial and care environments. Both detectors are flush mounted with a Mounting Box.
For testing and maintenance of the SOTERIA® Dimension detectors you will need the Solo 365 Smoke Detector Tester equipped with the Solo 372 Adaptor. -
The Multipoint ASD detectors have set new standards in detector technology. The Addressable ASD detector is used on the Duonet and Quadnet systems. Using microprocessor control these devices offer the installer a full range of detection capabilities with audible and visual warning in one compact device for full DDA compliance. The detectors can be matched to the environment in which they are installed and changed any time during the lifetime of the installation.
The Multipoint ASD detectors have the unique benefit of an optional full specification integral sounder, where 90dBA output can be achieved. The Addressable ASD detector has 7 different sound patterns and 3 volume settings. All Multipoint ASD detectors have the option of an integral combined strobe. -
The ZEOS range of addressable detectors from Global Fire offer high reliability and good value. All devices feature highly advanced optical chamber designs, advanced detection and false alarm discrimination algorithms.

Hochiki's ESP addressable detectors offer advanced features and easy installation. Four models cover optical smoke, heat, multi-criteria (smoke and heat), and multi-criteria with CO detection. All sensors use a single electronics-free base and allow you to quickly address devices using the ESP protocol. Subtle markings indicate the model, with casing colours available in white, ivory, or black to match any project. The ESP open protocol is compatible with leading fire panel brands, offering flexibility with features like extended addressing and sensor customisation.
