Product Details for Kidde KF30LL Mains Powered Heat Alarm with Lithium Back-Up Battery
The Kidde Firex KF30LL is a mains powered thermal heat alarm with a user replaceable 9v longlife lithium back-up battery, designed to last the full lifespan of the alarm. Heat alarms can be used in areas of the home which are humid or dusty where optical or ionisation smoke alarms may trigger false alarms such as in kitchens, loft spaces and garages.
The Kidde KF30LL can be hard-wire interlinked with up to 23 other Kidde mains powered alarms which will create an interconnected system where if one alarm is activated, all other connected alarms will sound.
The KF series alarms are vastly improved over previous Firex alarms, offering 70% lower energy consumption and an enhanced low profile design.
The Kidde KF30LL is kitemark certified to BS5446 Part 2: 2003, CE marked and has a 6 year warranty.
This alarm is suitable for installation as part of a BS5839-6: 2019 Grade D2 system.
