Product Details for Kidde KF10LL Mains Ionisation Smoke Alarm with Lithium Back-Up Battery
The Kidde Firex KF10LL is mains powered with a replaceable 9v longlife lithium back-up battery which is designed to last the full lifespan of the alarm. It uses an ionisation type smoke sensor which is best suited for areas with a risk of fast flaming fires. It features a tamper-resistant locking device to prohibit any unauthorised removal of the alarm without the appropriate tools and is fitted with a foam gasket to prevent dust ingress.
The KF10LL can be hard-wire interlinked with up to 23 other Kidde mains powered alarms which will provide an interconnected system, if one alarm activates, all connected alarms will trigger.
The Kidde Firex series alarms are vastly improved over previous Firex alarms, offering 70% lower energy consumption and an enhanced slimline design.
The Kidde KF10LL is CE marked, certified to BS EN 14604:2005 and has a warranty period of 6 years.
This alarm is suitable for installation as part of a BS5839:6 - 2019 Grade D2 system
