Honeywell XC100D 10 Year Digital Display CO Alarm

About the Honeywell XC100D:

The Honeywell XC100D X-Series Digital Carbon Monoxide Detector is designed for use by professional landlords or private home-owners. 

All X-Series alarms come with a sealed-in Lithium battery pack, this specific unit has a 10 year manufacturers warranty and can be either; free standing, wall mounted or ceiling mounted. Certified for British Standards BS EN 50291-1:2010 & BS EN 50291-2:2010 and also Kitemarked to 565387. The XC100D also has a simple and quick installation process which only needs you to slid the unit onto the mounting plate to activate the alarm.

90db Loud Sounder

The XC100D's unique loud sounder output operates at 90db from a distance of 1 metre rather than the usual 80db from other units on the market. This makes the detector ideal for any who suffer from hard of hearing.

The unit can also be tested at a reduced sound level to prevent any harm to your hearing at close range using the large clearly visible and simple to use button on the bottom right front panel of the alarm.

Digital Screen & LED Display 

It's digital screen shows how much Carbon Monoxide is measured in the nearby vicinity in PPM (Points Per Million). The XC100D's digital screen also displays various warnings such as when your unit needs replacing and when any of the alarms faults are silenced. The digital screen also shows any Carbon Monoxide pre-alarm level warnings. 

The XC100D also has a LED display and prominent message on the front panel which illuminates red, the message reads 'ALARM EVACUATION CALL 0800 111 999' which is the 24 hour emergency service line for the National Grid. The LED display clearly indicates the unit states for the; power, fault & ventilation for the alarm. 

Optional Wireless Interconnection

Using the XW100 Plug in Module any X-Series alarm (including the XC100D) can be wireless interconnected to any other X-Series alarm (whether that be Smoke, Heat & Carbon Monoxide) allowing you to create a system (maximum of 32 devices) for your home. A separate wireless module is required for each alarm to interlink them.
