Product Details for BRK 790MRL 10 Year Mains Powered Heat Alarm
The BRK 790MRL is a mains powered heat alarm with rechargeable lithium battery back-up.
This alarm uses advanced thermistor sensing technology that is responsive to heat rather than smoke and is triggered when the temperature in the surrounding environment reaches a set level. This makes the product perfect for installation in kitchens as it detects rapid changes in temperature and removes the risk of false alarms caused by cooking fumes.
This product is supplied with a PUSH-FIT mounting base and has a 5-year warranty.
It can interconnect with up to 12 compatible smoke, heat and CO alarms and is suitable for use in a BS5839:6 Grade D1 system.
