The FFE Talentum IR2 Flame Detector (16581) is highly sensitive and can accurately detect low frequency IR radiation (1 to 15Hz) emitted by flames during combustion, even if the lens is contaminated by a layer of oil, dust, water, vapour or ice. Using 2x IR sensors, the IR2 responds to different IR wavelengths, discriminating between flames and other radiation sources. Suitable for indoor areas and is able to detect through glass.
Selectable output options of relay contacts or 4 to 20mA signal as standard.
