STI-6402 Exit Stopper Multifunction Door Alarm for Double Doors

The STI Exit Stopper is a door alarm designed to help prevent unauthorised entry or exit through emergency doors. This particular model is for use with double doors.

Highly versatile, it can also be used as an annunciator or as a theft prevention security device, and can be mounted or installed on any type of door. It is powered by a 9V PP3 alkaline battery, but also offers a 12-24VDC connection as an alternative power supply. The external casing is manufactured from UV-stabilised polycarbonate, available in either red or green.

When the protected door is opened, the device will emit an alarm at either 95 or 105dB—this can be customised to suit your requirements. The alarm can be set to sound for either 30 seconds, 3 minutes or continuously, and it is possible to set activation and arming delays if needed. There is a key-operated override facility, which silences the alarm and allows authorised exits.

It is covered by a 3 year guarantee against breakage of the polycarbonate housing, with a 1 year guarantee on electromechanical and electronic components.
