The Rutland TS.5204 is an economical and easy-to-adjust door closer that is power adjustable by spring. It comes with back check as standard, and optional delayed action.
The TS.5204 has been successfully third party tested to BS EN1154 and CE marked to power size 2-4. It can be used on doors up to 80kg and 1100mm wide, and it meets the requirements of BS8300 for DocM contracts. The TS.5204 is also universal in its application, and can be fitted in standard, parallel arm, or transom fitting positions.
It has been fire tested to EN1634-1, and the closing speed, latch speed, and back check are all adjustable.
