The Rutland TS.5204 is a versatile and easy-to-use door closer that is perfect for a variety of commercial and industrial applications. It is power adjustable by spring, comes with back check as standard, and has optional delayed action. It has been successfully third party tested to BS EN1154 and CE marked to power size 2-4.
The TS.5204 can be used on doors up to 80kg and 1100mm wide, and it meets the requirements of BS8300 for DocM contracts. It is also universal in its application, and can be fitted in standard, parallel arm, or transom fitting positions. It has been fire tested to EN1634-1, and the closing speed, latch speed, and back check are all adjustable.
