The Resideo R200C2-A is designed to measure the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air as well as temperature and humidity through separate sensors. The monitor automatically self-calibrates to its environment for ease of use and requires no set up process.
Ideal for residential or commercial use such as homes, offices, schools, care homes etc - The R200C2-A is mains powered with a rechargeable internal backup battery and a 10 year sensor life. This CO2 monitor analyses air quality at all times and alerts users to high concentrations of CO2 through voice messages and audible alarms - allowing users to remove themselves from that environment and take action to improve ventilation.
Ideally the alarm should be installed in every room with a fuel-burning appliance, and in rooms where people spend most of their time, such as living rooms, bedrooms, classrooms, play rooms and meeting rooms. CO2 is slightly heavier than air, so the R200C2-A monitor can be wall mounted at eye level, or placed standing on a cabinet, table or desk.
