On the 1st July 2007 England became "Smoke Free" as the Smoke Free Law was introduced. The Law was introduced to protect the public and employees from the effects of Second Hand Smoke and there it is against the law to smoke in almost all enclosed public places, including Workplaces, Public Places & Work Vehicles. This law requires that you display "no smoking signs" at each entrance of a "smoke free premises".
