The BS5499 green running man sign is the standard sign at all final exits from buildings. This sign is extremely high quality being Rigid PVC.
Legislation states that, all emergency routes and exits must be indicated by signs. Exit signs & Fire exit signs are the types of products that can be used to meet this legislation.
The "Running Man" symbol should be placed to highlight exits or exit routes. Signs should direct people to the closest possible exit from where they are within the building. It is important that signs be sited at a comfortable eye-level so that it can be easily read.
