This sign has the arrow pointing in the same direction on each side of the sign, so can be used as either a right or left arrow. If you are holding the sign with both hands at either end of the sign with the arrow touching your right hand (pointing right) the arrow on other side will also be touching your right hand ( which would be seen as pointing left if you are standing looking at the sign from the other side).
