Product Details for Honeywell Home R200S-1 Longlife 10 Year Battery Optical Smoke Alarm
The Honeywell Home R200S-1 is a longlife optical smoke alarm powered by a tamper-proof 10 year lithium battery, which is designed to last the full 10 year lifespan of the alarm without ever requiring a battery change. The alarm features a high output 85dB sounder to provide a clear alert when activated and can be hushed for up 10 minutes in the case of a false alarm by simply pressing anywhere on the front face of the alarm.
The R200S-1 will automatically self-test its sensor and electronics periodically to ensure there are no faults, a clear fault indication is made if any issues are identified and this fault indication can be hushed for up to 9 hours to reduce nuisance noise at night time.
The alarm has been specially designed for ease of installation and the ultra-slim design makes it very discreet when installed.
