The Honeywell Home R100C-1 is a carbon monoxide alarm powered by a 10 year tamperproof lithium battery. The alarm is designed with a low-power chip which allows the unit to reach at least 10 year battery life under standby mode. The high-precision electrochemical sensor detects the concentration of carbon monoxide in the air, when this exceeds a certain value the R100C-1 immediately sends out an audible (85dB @ 3m) and visual alarm signal to alert the user to the danger.
The alarm features a 'do not disturb' function, special sensors in the alarm detect the ambient light levels and automatically dim the green 'power' light to match them allowing users to have a good night's sleep.
The Honeywell R100C-1 is CE marked, British Standard Kitemarked to BS EN 50291-1:2018 & BS EN 50291-2:2019 and comes complete with a full 10 year manufacturer warranty for peace of mind.
