The GST DC-9204E is a conventional manual call point for use on compatible conventional systems. It allows user interaction with the fire alarm system for manual alarm reporting.
The DC-9204E is simply connected by two wires to any compatible fire alarm zone monitor where it gets its power and reports events using the same 2 wires. The provided reset key is also used to unlock the MCP.
The DC-9204E is suitable for public places where accidental activation can be avoided by using an optional protection flip cover (D-92FC). For outdoor applications a weatherproof enclosure (D-92WPB) is additionally available.
An alarm is reported by pressing the resettable element. The alarm is confirmed by the DC-9204E by an illuminated LED. The alarm is signalled automatically to the conventional fire alarm zone. To reset a special key is supplied with the unit.
