The Doormouse 24V dc Fire Door Holder from GeoFire is a hard wired magnet designed to legally hold fire doors open complete with a manually operated release button allowing the door to be closed without the fire alarm operating.
The unit can be surface mounted with knockouts for surface or back cable entry complete with a spring loaded pin to give zero residual holding force when it is de-energised.
The electromagnetic fire door holders are ideal to ensure doors are held open and areas are easily accessible in relation to the equality ACT and can be used in conjunction with any suitable fire alarm system. Therefore ideal for use in public areas of properties such as hospitals, hotels, offices & nursing homes.
