FireHawk FH450BB Mains Powered Heat Alarm

The FireHawk FH450BB is a 230V mains powered heat alarm with replaceable battery back-up (3 x AAA) providing a back-up supply to the alarm ensuring continued operation in the event of a mains power failure.

The FH450BB heat alarm uses advanced thermistor based detection, controlled by bespoke software and is specifically designed for use in areas where smoke alarms would be unsuitable, such as kitchens, garages, boiler rooms and dusty areas.

The large central test and silence button makes weekly testing easy and allows the sounder to be silenced in the event of a false alarm.

The FH450BB is approved to BS 5446-2: 2003 and Kitemarked (KM 579552) meaning it has passed the most stringent of tests and is complete with a 6 year manufacturer warranty.

Fast-Fix Design

The new Fast-Fix design on FireHawk mains powered alarms simplifies the fixing and wiring of the baseplate. A new push-fit wiring connection reduces installation time and makes fitting of the alarms fast and secure.

There is a dedicated and discrete entry for surface mounted trunking and mains powered smoke and heat alarms in the FireHawk range share the same mounting base allowing for interchangeability.
