The Firechief Kitchen Stove Guard FSW1E is an intelligent fire prevention system designed to prevent electric stove fires before ignition occurs. Engineered specifically for residential, student, and care home kitchens, this system continuously monitors cooktop temperatures using advanced thermal technology. If abnormal heat or a fire risk indicator is detected, the unit raises an audible alert and immediately isolates power to the electric cooker.

The system comprises a battery-powered sensor unit mounted above the hob and a hardwired control unit connected to the cooker supply. Using the dedicated Firechief installer app via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), electrical contractors can rapidly pair components, select sensor mounting locations, and configure custom automatic safe-timer limits. Self-adhesive mounting brackets facilitate flexible sensor placement on cooker hoods, walls, or ceilings.

Operated by two AAA batteries with a minimum 65dB alarm output, the FSW1E delivers early-warning protection for high-risk cooking environments.
