Fike CIE-A-200 / CIE-A-400 Battery Expansion Box (540-0020)

The Fike External Battery Enclosure (540-0020) provides extended emergency short-term backup power for the CIE-A-200 1 Loop and CIE-A-400 2 Loop Fire Panels to enhance the usability and reliability of the systems.
The External Battery box accommodates 2 x 12v 12Ah SLA batteries and safeguards operation during blackouts and other power interruptions providing extended battery run time of up to 72 hours.

Only use the external battery box from Fike Safety Technology which has been approved for use with the CIE-A-200 and CIE-A-400 fire panels.

When using the external battery box the internal batteries within the panel are not used and must be removed. The internal battery connection leads must also be removed and are replaced by the battery connection leads provided with the external battery box.
