The Eaton MDR240 is a mains powered door retainer with holding force of 40kg.
The MDR240 enables doors to be held open under normal conditions but to be automatically released in the event of fire alarm activation when interfaced with the fire panel.
The die cast aluminium construction with plastic front cover plate makes it suitable for most applications.
