The Eaton FC6 fan controller unit is designed to work with the Eaton CF3000 range of addressable fire alarm control panels, providing the capability to control and display the status of AHU fans.
Connecting to Eaton's CF3000 addressable control panel by means of the comms loop, utilizing only one address to monitor and control air handling unit (AHU) fans.
Each FC6 unit incorporates its own CPU specifically configured to control the relevant input and output logic making programming quick and easy via Eaton site installer software.
Using site installer software, each individual fan control channel is programmed to an output and feedback input field device to control and monitor the status of an AHU fan.
The FC6 can control up to 6 fans when wall mounted, and supports an option for up to 3 fan controller units to be combined inside a 19-inch rack using the FC18-BEZEL mounting bezel; in this configuration it is possible for users to control up to 18 fans.
