The Commander ready-to-install fire hose reels are designed for emergency use to protect both individuals and assets. The simple robust design allows for the units to be installed quickly and easily. The Commander hose reels are certified to BS EN671-1:2012 and are readily available in multiple sizes and with the option of fixed or swinging units. There is also the option to purchase the swinging units with automatic water supply, meaning that as soon as the hose is pulled a set number of rotations the water supply will turn on.
The purpose of Hose Reels is to provide a reasonably accessible and controlled supply of water to combat a potential fire risk. The nozzle attached to the end of the hose enables the operator to control the direction and flow of water to the fire.
