The C-TEC ECU-8 8 Line Master Controller is a reliable communication system suitable for disabled refuge, fire telephone, and stadium marshalling applications. The system allows operators to communicate with up to eight disabled refuge or fire telephone outstations.
Including a semi-recessed, less obtrusive handset, the ECU-8 boasts improved networking capability, allowing systems of up to 224 lines to be created with optional/additional desk unit control. Its backlit LCD and unique ‘auto-learn’ facility enables fast and easy system set-up.
The ECU-8 can be semi-flush mounted using an EVC385 bezel, and its operation can be maintained for 24 hours (standby) and 3 hours (in use) using 2 x 12V 7 Ahr batteries. Additionally, the ECU-8 can be easily interfaced to NC951 accessible toilet alarms, PDA range hearing loop systems, strobes, CCTV activation relays, and other compatible systems.
