The BRK 760MRL smoke alarm is a mains powered optical smoke alarm with a tamper-proof rechargeable lithium battery back-up. It is supplied with a PUSH-FIT docking base system; designed to ensure a quick and easy installation of the base unit to the mains feed supply at installation stage and for quick and easy connection of the alarm head to base unit.
This optical smoke alarm uses a thermally enhanced sensing chamber to monitor any change in temperature in the room. These alarms provide a fast response to both slow smoldering and fast flaming fires.
This product can be used with up to 12 compatible smoke and heat alarms for a higher coverage and simultaneous warning and is suitable for use as part of a BS5839:6 Grade D1 system.
