The Apollo Discovery Sounder Base with Isolator (45681-702APO) is a multifunctional device that incorporates a sounder, a short-circuit isolator within a Discovery mounting base. Allowing up to 15 different tone pairs to be used to signal evacuation and alert. A third selection can be used in instances such as a class change in Schools.
Operation
The Discovery Sounder Base with Isolator has identical functionality and sound output to the Discovery Sounder VAD base (Part Number 45681-700), but has no visual alarm capability.;
Being a multifunctional device, the 45681-702APO Apollo Discovery Sounder Base with Isolator, comprimses a mounting base for Discovery fire detectors, a sounder and a short-circuit isolator.
The 45681-702APO has multiple selectable output volumes, which can be controlled from the fire alarm panel making the device easy to use and functional.
