AirSense Modulaser Command Module
The AirSense ModuLaser is a scalable aspirating smoke detection solution. This Command display module communicates via an RS-485 interconnection with the added functionality to control various modules over SenseNET. It supports up to 127 modules across the SenseNET network and features a user interface consisting of a TFT colour display, navigation buttons and status LEDs. Configuration of the Command Display Module (and associated detectors across the SenseNET network) can be done via the user interface, or via a computer using Remote software. The TFT color display supports simple operations like changing configuration options via a menu driven structure, as well as advanced features such as viewing the chart recording in graphical format.
The 127 supported modules can be any combination of ModuLaser modules as well as Micras and HSSD2s. The use of the Command Display Module creates an easy-to-use central point from where all modules/detectors on the network can be accessed and all alarms / faults are reported. Ideal for use in hostile environments. Forward scattering optical detection adds early warning capability without the risk of nuisance alarms. Environmental compensation technology adds to its reliability.
