The Aico Ei650i is a stand alone-optical smoke detector. It is powered by a tamper-proof lithium battery pack (supplied) with a lifespan of up to 10 years.
Most effective at detecting slow burning fires, this alarm is fitted with a large test/hush button to facilitate frequent testing of your device, and may be situated in hallways, landings, living rooms or dining rooms. Installation is also straightforward, with no wiring required and a simple twist-on base.
It is CE marked, tested to EN 14604:2005 and the manufacturer's warranty period is 5 years.

Its 10 year lithium battery will last the unit's entire intended working life, eliminating the inconvenience of frequent battery changes.
