The Aico Ei603RF is a RadioLINK+ heat detector powered by a tamper-proof lithium battery pack (supplied) with a lifespan of up to 10 years.
Ideal for installation in areas where smoke alarms would not be appropriate, this alarm unit's main feature is the RadioLINK interconnection, which allows you to wirelessly connect to up to 12 other Aico RadioLINK enabled smoke, heat or carbon monoxide alarms on one system. It is fitted with a large test/hush button to facilitate frequent testing of your device, and may be situated in kitchens or garages. Installation is also straightforward, with no wiring required and a simple twist-on base.
It is CE marked, tested to BS 5446-2:2003, EN 300 220-1 and EN 301 489-1, and the manufacturer's warranty period is 5 years.
