Advanced QuickZone 4 Zone Conventional / Twin Wire Fire Alarm Panel (QZ-4)

The Advanced QuickZone is a conventional / twin wire (sav-wire) fire alarm control panel with an internal power supply and space to accommodate back-up batteries (max 2 x 12v 3.2Ah). This control panel is designed to be easy to install, maintain and simple to operate for the end user of the system continuing the same high quality and reliability standards that Advanced are well known for.

The panel can be configured for either conventional or 'twin wire' setup using a simple DIL switch selection so this panel can be retro-fitted easily into an existing system with either setup. The internal DIL switches also enable Zone interface setting and access to the Level 3 mode (please see further down for information on the access levels).

There are 3 access levels available on this panel which are as follows:

Level 1 (Standard) - In access Level 1 the panel will provide indication of any faults (supply, fire, system or general). The panel will also indicate which zones are in fire / fault and any disablements. Sounder Circuit and Auxiliary Output status will be displayed including if the panel is in test mode.

Level 2 (Controls Enabled) - In access Level 2 the controls enabled include Silence, Resound and Reset. You can establish test and disable modes at this level, mute the internal fault buzzer and test the functionality of all LED indicators.

Level 3 - In access Level 3 you can select Type 'A' dependency per, view and edit dependency functions as well as restoring the systems factory default settings. You can select the sounder resound options for zones (EN54 requirement) and set the internal buzzer volume.

The Advanced QuickZone control panels are compatible with a flexible range of conventional detection devices including Apollo, Nittan, Hochiki and Argus. The panels are also fully approved to EN54-2 & 4 (Fire Detection and Alarm Systems - Control & Indicating Equipment).

Please Note: The twin-wire mode requires the use of 'sav-wire' detector bases and polarised 470Ω manual call points.
