Fire Blankets
Fire blankets are manufactured from glass fibre fabric with an additional fire-resistant coating. They work by smothering a fire and starving it of oxygen, making them ideal for use in kitchens on fires involving cooking oils, saucepans, frying pans, waste bins etc. They are also highly effective at extinguishing fires on a person's clothing by wrapping the fire blanket around them.
Our range of fire blankets are all rigorously tested and British Standard Kitemark certified to BS EN 1869. They are incredibly easy to use and offer a fast and effective means of fighting fires.
