Detector Testing Aerosols & Cartridges

Fire detector testing aerosols and cartridges are specialised smoke or gas emitting devices used to test the functionality of fire detectors, including smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. The aerosols and cartridges typically contain a fast-evaporating, non-toxic smoke or gas producing solution that is expelled into the air when the device is activated. The smoke or gas generated by the aerosol or cartridge is used to simulate smoke or CO gas and test the fire detector's sensor and alarm function.
