The Ei3028 is a mains-powered Multi-Sensor Heat & CO Alarm with rechargeable, tamper-proof, 10 Year+ lithium battery back-up. It contains both a high-performance Class A1 Thermistor Heat sensor to detect fire and a proven electro-chemical Carbon Monoxide sensor to detect toxic levels of CO.
This alarm provides full protection from both Fire and Carbon Monoxide in one unit and removes the need to install two separate devices for these risks.
The Ei3028 uses AudioLINK technology, which allows you to monitor real time data from the alarm directly via a smartphone or tablet using the AudioLINK App.
SmartLINK compatible - just plug in an Ei3000MRF module to enable wireless interconnection, real-time notifications and data extraction of alarm activations and events via the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal.
When the device is activated, separate "Fire" and "CO" indicators will flash on the Alarm to identify what risk has been detected. Different alarm sounds are also utilised depending on what has triggered the alarm.
The Ei3028 will self-check its sensors, internal circuitry and battery every 48 seconds. Any faults or issues found will be indicated by a combination of yellow LED flashes and/or audible beeps.
The memory feature allows an alarm that has previously activated to be identified easily via the red flashing LED.
A large Test / Silence button is fitted to the alarm to allow frequent testing. The silence function allows the alarm / system to be silenced in the case of a false alarm and for low battery / fault tones.
This alarm is ideally suited for placement in kitchens and garages.
