The AlarmSense Manual Call Point is different from other conventional call points in that it can be detected as an operated call point rather than a detector that has changed to the alarm state.
Operation
When activated, the AlarmSense Manual Call Point introduces a load onto the line, which is detected by the fire alarm control panel. The control panel then increases the line voltage, which activates sounders, the manual call point load is then removed.
System Compatibility
AlarmSense Manual Call Points can only be used in a system that is powered and controlled by purpose designed AlarmSense fire control panels. Please contact us for further details on AlarmSense compatible control equipment.
Mechanical Construction
The component parts of the call point are moulded in a robust fire retardant polycarbonate.
