  It looks substantial looks like it does what it says. Fortunately I have not and hope never to use it.

  hopefully we'll never have to use it, but looks good quality, is reasonably compact, slides under end a bed easily. It is heavy though! My ten year old son could lift and manipulate it but he is strong for his age. Is probably good though as I wouldn't want little kids 'having a go' with it! But worth noting if you are at all infirm. Looks easy to use but I havent practiced yet.

  The speed of delivery and manor in which my order was dealt with was fast & accurate. I hope I never have to use this, but it is a great back up plan. Small enough to fit in the bottom of my wardrobe. An all round excellent service and product if it works when (hopefully never) I need it and I am sure it will.
