The pressure gauge tester is a  traditional tool for testing fire extinguisher pressure gages.

These pump type gauges apply pressure opposite to the pressure applied by the contents of the fire extinguishers therefore moving the pin in the gauge. This enables engineers to ensure that the pin is not stuck in a single position and that it is reading the pressure correctly.
