The Aico Ei105C is a 9V battery powered optical smoke alarm, ideal for detecting visible smouldering fires. 

Supplied with screw fixings, installation of this alarm is quick and simple, and it is suitable for use in hallways, landings and living or dining rooms. It boasts a battery removal indicator, which triggers a warning flag when the battery is removed and prevents replacement of the unit's cover until a new battery has been fitted. It has a test button for checking that the alarm is in working order, and will provide audible alerts when the battery requires replacement.

It is CE marked and kitemarked to BS EN 14604:2005, and has a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years.

Wired Interconnection

The Ei105C may be connected via hardwiring with up to 12 other Aico 9V battery powered alarms, provided that they also have the interconnect feature. This will allow all linked units to sound when one of them is activated, for optimum coverage and safety.
