The BRK 770MBX Smoke Alarm is a mains powered ionisation alarm with 9V alkaline back-up battery and is supplied with a PUSH-FIT docking base system for easy installation.
The advanced ionisation technology that this alarm uses is ideal for detecting rapid flaming fires (combustion) such as burning paper.
It is recommended that these alarms are installed in stairwells, upstairs landings and offices.
The PUSH-FIT base has a simple installation process for the base unit to the mains feed supply that makes the connection to the alarm base unit easier and quicker than a standard base. This product can hard wire interconnected with up to 12 compatible units for simultaneous warnings and is suitable for use in BS5839:6 Grade D2 systems.
