Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers – For use on Class A & F Fires

The Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher is the ONLY type of fire extinguisher that is suitable for use on burning cooking oils.

Before this recent innovation, Water Fire Extinguishers were being used on deep fat fires, and this is extremely dangerous to the user of the extinguisher as it causes the boiling oil to spit, whereas the Wet Chemical solution covers the fire, forming a seal between the fire and oxygen, extinguishing the fire and preventing it from re-ignition.

Wet chemical extinguishers are ideal for a commercial kitchen environment, such as restaurants, café's, chip shop's or canteens.
