Pleased with product although early days. Prompt response to request and cheaper than Brit Gas alarm which we were replacing. One point that bugged us was VAT added to p & p which we thought should be included. Brit Gas were free p&p but £3 more. Hope after sales service will be as good though would not wish to use as alarm will operate without problem. In view of p&p score 4.

Thank You very much for your prompt service. The description of the service was very good. I needed further advice on this product and was able to get it from your service manager. His insight was of importance and made me make the right choice of the type of product you had on offer.. The dispatch e-mail came after the delivery as the order came the day after 'order and payment'. As I was not expecting the delivery the parcel was redirected to the post office for me to collect at my convenience. This Package was not damaged and instructions on fitting the product are clear. I will award 4 out of 5 on your score system only because I had to ring back for advice as the sales manager was busy and my call was not returned as promised.

The first unit I received was broken in transit. It arrived totally smashed. I phoned up and they sent me another one with no qualms and gave me a pre-paid envelope to send back the original unit. Took about a week in all to get a working alarm

I had a boiler engineer around today and he recommended I get a carbon monoxide alarm. He offered me this exact unit and wanted £40 for it! Luckily I said no and searched online and found this. Delivery was fairly quick and it was well packaged. One Very satisfied customer.

Brilliant detector. The bit on the front of the detector that flaps down and shows what to do in the case of an alarm is brilliant. Hopefully the alarm wont go off but if it does I wont have to scramble for the manual as all the information I need is on the front of the detector. Brilliant.
